JOB PURPOSE

  1. Proactive research and applying cutting-edge generative AI technology and proposal apply to enhance business process, and rollout new function on AI product and AI Platform/ research IT Technology general to build IT systems/ solutions

  2. Analyze business requirements, collaborating with business users, and proposing innovative solutions for IT systems and using generative AI

  3. Join in analyze, develop and deliver new function for AI product and AI Platform as roadmap and work with Ops to deliver end to end products.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

  1. Research and Trend Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IT Technology general/generative AI
  • Identify opportunities for applying generative AI techniques to improve business processes
  • Apply research result to resolve the biz requirement
  1. Business Requirements Analysis:
  • Collaborate with business users, SA and stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for optimization using generative AI
  • Consult and suggest new technical solution to optimized business processes required to fulfill business requirements
  1. Solution Proposal and Ideation:
  • Give solution and review solution to optimize IT systems
  • Design, develop the software to ensure the product delivered on time, within budget
  • Brainstorm and propose innovative ideas for applying generative AI to address business challenges
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop use cases and scenarios for generative AI applications
  1. Implementation:
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and implement IT solutions/generative AI solutions
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT solutions/generative AI models
  • To make sure all incident which cannot be solved on previous lines of support are solved Level 3 support)
  • Make the deploy package to implement into other environment (test, pilot, production) and check list to deployment
  • Updating, repairing, modifying, and developing existing development
  1. Evaluation:
  • Evaluate the performance and accuracy of generative AI responses to user queries
  1. Documentation and Communication:
  • Create detailed technical documentation or specification documentation for solution, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
  • Writing the document for the operation of the program by operators
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  1. Other tasks as line manager’s assignment.

OUTCOMES/ MEASURES
The main outcome for this position: Understanding and applying knowledge and skill for resolve the challenge at senior level

  • Analytical solution can using AI/GenAI to response good biz requirement

  • Write the good prompt to AI/GenAI understand and response the good result

  • Development AI product, AI function…

  • Business processes should be developed considering all other processes which it connected/related to

  • Join golive CRs periodically with no incident

  • Resolve 3rd level of issue/ incidents

  • Feedback adhoc BU’s requests

  • Support well for other IT projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of experience in the IT field, including backend system and application development on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

  • Around 2 years of IT and business/industry experience related to AI or generative AI is a plus

  • Understanding of banking business domain and ability to quickly grasp banking business processes, rules, and products

  • Ability to quickly understand and apply various generative AI techniques to banking business processes, rules, or new products is a plus.
