  • Operate the system as assigned

  • Check, monitor, and operate the system to ensure stable and continuous operation

  • Coordinate with domestic and foreign partners and units to handle system-related issues

  • Design and develop system changes requested by BU and analyzed by SA/BA

  • Ensure system features and code comply with enterprise architecture and meet information security standards—including coding, documentation, architecture, and user training—in collaboration with related teams

  • Participate in incident and issue investigation and resolution according to the committed SLA

  • Collaborate with vendors and other IT teams to develop enhancements or fix issues

  • Participate in other tasks and projects as requested by the Manager
