Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Team Management
o Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists in designing and implementing machine learning solutions.
o Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring continuous professional development.
• MLOps Strategy & Implementation
o Develop and implement an MLOps strategy aligning with the bank‘s objectives.
o Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Model Development & Deployment
o Oversee the end-to-end pipeline of machine learning model development from data preprocessing to model deployment.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into banking applications.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization
o Implement monitoring frameworks to ensure model performance and reliability in production.
o Lead efforts to optimize and update models based on real-time data and feedback.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
o Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful machine learning solutions.
o Communicate technical concepts and the impact of machine learning initiatives to non-technical stakeholders.
• Compliance & Risk Management
o Ensure that all machine learning operations align with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
o Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with model deployment and usage.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, TensorFlow Extended).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of banking structure, regulations, and data protection laws is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in building machine learning pipelines within banking contexts.
• Proficient in building and maintaining feature stores to streamline model development and deployment.
