JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Measuring and monitoring unsecured product portfolio performance.
  2. Determine trend, formulate recommendations and identify opportunities to enhance profitability, reduce costs or increase market share.
  3. Support manager to develop and implement new programs to address correct customer segments; Build up cross-sell program to uplift sales volume.
  4. Support manager in coordinating with digital team to develop digital sales channel.
  5. Assess other peer banks’ trend as well as market demand to ensure our competitiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENT
1.Education:
Bachelor of Economics/Finance or relevant field.
2.Experience:
At least 4 years’ experience in relevant fields.
3.Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:

  • Creative, reliable, hardworking, teamwork.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Power Point.
  • Demonstrated analytical, planning and problem-solving skills essential.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Interpersonal skills & negotiation skills.
