Job Purpose
Ensure the efficiecy of debt collection based on the balance with the quality of service provided to customers through calling for low-risk customer, complying with regulations/processes, ensure the progress and quality of the assigned work.
Key Accountabilities (1)
I. General Responsibilities:

Making and implementing work plans according to the scope of management

Perform work in accordance with regulations, processes, internal guidelines…, and service quality commitment.

II. Professional Responsibilities
- Implement the strategy of calling customers and related people of the customer to urge the customer to pay the debt:
- Receive customer list, investigate historical records to understand customer, debt and arrange priority list for processing, prioritize the implementation of high-risk customer collection
- Make calls according to the right scenario and strategy, fully record the operation results on the system, ensure to meet the assigned plan.
- Implement the risk mitigation plan:
- Receive customer requests
- Evaluate and analyze the current status of customers and/or operational status
- Propose suitable risk mitigation plan
- Deploy approved risk mitigation as assigned

- Professional departments/branches/transaction offices of the debt transferor;
- Competent state agencies such as local authorities, police, courts, procuracies, judgment enforcement,…
- Other relevant organizations and individuals.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualification/Professional: Intermediate degree or higher
Experience: Experience in dealing with customers is preferred
English : According to Company’s regulations from time to time
Professional knowledge: Preferably those that have professional knowledge in the field of law, economics, finance and banking.
