Job Purpose
The job holder responsible for:
Perform the preparation and issuance of periodic and irregular reports related to banking activities at the request of the State Bank, relevant agencies, partners fully, timely and accurately at the Head Office and branches throughout the system, ensuring the consistency of accounting data reported to the outside.
Key Accountabilities (1)
- Strictly comply with the Bank’s Labor Regulations.
- Perform work in accordance with policies, regulations, procedures, internal guidelines… and service quality commitments (SLAs).
- Prepare periodical reports at the request of the State Bank and other organizations based on the work assignment:
- Get data from the common system and from the sources of relevant Departments/Departments/Divisions
- Prepare periodical reports according to the SBV’s form
- Ensure the reported data is complete, on time and accurate.
Key Accountabilities (2)
- Prepare ad-hoc reports at the request of TCB as well as the SBV
- Provide data for internal audit, independent audit, inspector and other departments upon approval of competent authorities.
- Make reports to the SBV for units throughout the system according to work assignments.
- Support units throughout the system in obtaining and comparing data provided to inspectors.
- Provide data to serve different requirements of Divisions/Organizations as assigned.
- Perform other tasks at the request of the Leader of the Division, Division.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Graduated from University or higher with major in Finance and Accounting
- 3 years of working experience in the field of finance - banking
