Job Purpose
At Techcombank, data is at the heart of every business decision.
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to develop impactful dashboards, optimize reporting processes, and deliver data-driven insights that support Retail and Corporate Banking.

Key Accountabilities (1)

Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards using Power BI.

Standardize and automate recurring reports, including:

Campaign Tracking

Sales Funnel Analysis

Performance Tracking
-
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.

Analyze business data to provide meaningful insights and support decision-making.

Work with cross-functional teams to understand data sources and perform data mapping for reporting purposes.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality across dashboards.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Strong SQL skills.

Ability to use Power BI or similar BI visualization tools.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.

Nice to have: Experience in Banking or Financial Services, Knowledge of Python or R, Experience working with Databricks, Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes.
