:memo: Mô tả công việc

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across business units, identify competency gaps, and recommend appropriate learning and development solutions.

  • Collaborate with managers, internal trainers, and external partners to develop training plans, capability development programs, and learning roadmaps aligned with the Bank’s strategic direction.

  • Design, organize, coordinate, and facilitate training programs, workshops, onboarding programs, and employee development initiatives.

  • Manage and monitor the end-to-end implementation of L&D projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and effectiveness.

  • Monitor and evaluate post-training effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance program quality and learning outcomes.

  • Research emerging Learning & Development trends and proactively propose initiatives to improve and innovate the Bank’s learning and development practices.

  • Participate in the development, review, and periodic update of Competency Framework by job roles and position level.

  • Participate in the design and implementation of talent development, high-potential, and succession development programs.

  • Contribute to the development of the internal trainer pool and promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with Business Units, Head Office departments, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of capability development initiatives.
