Reporting line: Legal & Compliance Deputy Director/ Director.

Ensuring operations of Shinhan Bank Vietnam in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; guidelines or regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam, relevant Vietnamese authorities as well as the bank’s charter and internal policies.

Providing legal advices to BOM, branches, other departments in relations to banking business and operation.

Reviewing Bank policies, guidelines, contracts & other documents.

Legal research, legal briefing, legal systemizing.

Other as assigned by Legal & Compliance Director/ Deputy Director.
