- Product Research & Development:
-
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in unsecured lending and digital credit.
-
Propose, design, and develop new unsecured lending products or enhance existing ones to align with business strategy and market potential.
-
Prepare comprehensive product documentation such as Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Product Requirements Document (PRD).
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Implementation:
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Legal, IT, Operations, Marketing, Sales) to ensure product feasibility, compliance, and effective rollout.

Manage project timelines, testing, and implementation of new product modules or digital lending features.

Liaise with external partners or fintech vendors when applicable to enhance digital loan platforms.
- Product Performance & Optimization:
-
Monitor key performance indicators and financial results of unsecured lending products.

Analyze customer feedback and sales performance to recommend process or policy improvements.
-
Regularly review credit policies, pricing, and underwriting criteria to ensure competitiveness and risk control.
- Sales Enablement & Support
-
Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for sale channel to improve product understanding and sales efficiency.

Provide ongoing support and consultation to business units during product implementation and customer advisory processes.

Support the development of product roadmaps, and sales targets for unsecured lending products.

Prepare regular product performance reports and suggest initiatives for improvement
