Develop new product or improve current loan product that align with company goals and customer needs.

Market research & set Loan product strategy for corporate customers
-
A comparison of a product’s features, pricing, and market positioning with its competitors

Engage proactively with Treasury Department to ensure that products are appropriately priced
-
Collaborate with Departments/Organization to deliver differentiated customer solutions that capture and reinforce the customer’s relationship, optimize value for the bank
-
Preparing cost analysis, ensure every step of product development process proceeds as planned (including policy, guideline, system, marketing, training, launching, report)
-
Support branches in daily operation relating Corp loan interest rate and system process, policy, guideline relating to products
-
Promote loan campaign, special packages or products to achieve credit growth target

Provide training on new products, scheme and related operating process
-
Execute related reports, presentations and meeting materials for management levels
-
Other tasks assigned by line managers
