:memo: Mô tả công việc

I. Work Objectives:

  • Manage and lead sales agent to achieve monthly target;

  • Develop and well-oriented with team member’ skill, career path;

  • Ensure to provide the most appropriate services to the customers.

II. Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for manage the team, build & implement business plans to ensure assigned targets;

  • Always keep a close eye on the performance of each individual and the whole team;

  • Orientation of activities and human resource development of the group;

  • Ensure that the group always strictly adheres to the Bank’s policies on service quality, products & bad debt ratio;

  • Search and develop new markets and potential customers;

  • Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
