Monitor and analysis real time card transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.

Investigate suspicious transactions, reach out to customers for verification, and take necessary actions.

Contact customers to offer card replacements or initiate dispute requests as needed.

Review and analysis data to identify fraud trends, and collaborate with relevant departments to mitigate fraud risks.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager to support fraud prevention efforts.
