Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years in credit risk or credit products, preferably within retail lending

  • Experience in credit policy, underwriting, or risk strategy

  • Exposure to retail products such as personal loans, credit cards, or mortgages

Technical Skills:

  • Good understanding of retail credit lifecycle (origination → monitoring → collections)

  • Familiarity with scorecards, segmentation, and portfolio performance metrics

  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into policy rules

  • Understanding of SBV regulations and retail credit frameworks

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical thinking and judgment

  • Ability to balance risk and business objectives

  • Willingness to challenge constructively and work cross-functionally

  • Clear communication and structured problem-solving

  • Proactive and ownership mindset
