:memo: Mô tả công việc

3.1 Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of IT experience, including 3–5 years in Enterprise Architecture / Solution Architecture roles.

  • Proven experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives

3.2 Architecture & Technology Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks: TOGAF, Zachman (or equivalent).

  • Deep expertise in:

  • Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Microservices, API design, and integration patterns

  • Full SDLC (design, deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management)

3.3 AI & Modern Technology Capability

  • Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI solutions across at least two domains.

  • Strong understanding of modern AI architecture and enterprise-scale deployment.

3.4 Governance & Compliance

  • Solid understanding of enterprise security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.

  • Experience designing architectures compliant with regulated industry standards (e.g., banking).

3.5 Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Strong strategic thinking and system-level mindset.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communities of practice.
