Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Perform daily operations of assigned systems/applications, especially Digital Banking applications in the Production environment, ensuring system stability and compliance with SLA requirements.
-
Deploy and release applications following Agile methodology and CI/CD processes, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure safe and on‑schedule releases.
-
Manage system configurations and maintain accurate configuration information in the CMDB, ensuring configuration data integrity and traceability of changes.
-
Design, implement, and operate system monitoring (Monitoring / Alerting / Dashboard) using tools such as Dynatrace, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc., to proactively detect anomalies and optimize system performance.
-
Receive, analyze, and resolve incidents and problems related to systems within the assigned scope.
-
Participate in troubleshooting and fixing application issues arising during system operations.
-
Support users and business units during application usage, handling operational issues and inquiries.
-
Contribute to the development and standardization of operational processes, technical documentation, and runbooks, and continuously improve operational quality.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as DevOps Engineer, System Engineer, or equivalent.

Hands‑on experience in deploying and operating:

Kong API Gateway
-
Kubernetes
-
Middleware
-
Microservices architectures
Technical Skills
-
Experience with:
-
API Gateway / Kong / Middleware
-
Microservices architecture
-
CI/CD pipelines: GitLab CI, ArgoCD (or equivalent)

Container & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
-
Middleware / Cache: Redis (or equivalent)
-
Operating Systems: Linux, Windows
-
Programming / Scripting: Python, Ansible, JavaScript (or equivalent)
-
Logging & Monitoring: ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana (Dynatrace is a plus)
-
Basic knowledge of Databases
Soft Skills
-
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

Effective work management and organization skills.
-
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the capability to handle incidents and negotiate solutions.

Ability to prepare technical documents such as operational procedures, runbooks, and incident reports.
Certifications (Preferred)

CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator)
-
Kong Gateway Enterprise Training & Certification (if available)
-
Certifications related to CI/CD, DevOps Foundation, or equivalent
-
Other certifications related to DevOps, Cloud, or Container technologies are an advantage
