  1. Objective: [/B]Acquiring new credit card customers
    [ul]
    [li]Planning to develop Sales Agent teams[/li][li]Supporting Sales Agents[/li][li]Managing Sales Support Team[/li][/ul]
    2. Delegation of Authority: Managing Sales teams and Sales Support Team
    [ul]
    [li]Supporting Card Manager in controlling Sales’s performances[/li][li]Reporting to Card Sales Manager[/li][/ul]
    3. Working Relationship:
    [ul]
    [li]Internal: Credit card Approval team[/li][li]External: Customer[/li][/ul]
    4. Duties and Responsibilities: Planning to develop Sales Agent teams and Dealer team
    [ul]
    [li]Managing Sales Agent’s team to achieve or exceed monthly target[/li][li]Holding periodical training courses for all Sales Agents[/li][li]Making Sales Agent and Dealer salary payment[/li][li]Making business reports of Card center to Manager/Director[/li][/ul]

JOB REQUIREMENT

[li]Bachelor Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics…[/li][li]03 years working in sale management[/li][li]Strong leadership[/li][li]Strong team work skill[/li][li]Communication skill[/li][/ul]
