[li]Meet assigned AUA Growth; NTB/ Upgrade Customers; Revenue[/li][li]Service the assigned customer portfolio[/li][li]Consistent and timely service to meet customer needs and ensure portfolio customers are engaged[/li][li]Takes accountability of customers’ problem to achieve customer satisfaction of problem solution[/li][li]Adhere to bank’s compliance policy and ensure all transactions carried out on behalf of clients are within the stipulated parameters of the bank’s policy process flow[/li][li]Ensure operations, workflow and processes are compliant to the bank’s standard and guidelines[/li][li]Maintaining highest integrity level[/li][/ul]
JOB REQUIREMENT

[li]Minimum of 1-year working experiences in sales, preferably in the financial service industry[/li][li]Fluent in written/spoken English[/li][li]Superiror customer engagement skills[/li][li]Diligent in delivering superior customer service[/li][li]Highly results orientated with strong display discipline, perseverance and good attitude[/li][/ul]
