  • Advise on card product marketing approach (competitive analysis, market research, handling of prospective customers).

  • Developing and creating a variety of credit card products to suit targeted segments.

  • Providing insights to ensure product relevant to clidents as well as related process requirements.

  • Managing product performance and identify opportunity for enhancement.

  • Managing relationship in wider teams to drive performance across pricing, marketing and promotions.

  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to card marketing and business development strategy.

  • Prepare and adhere to budgets.

  • Collaborate with sales to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree is preferred (Foreign Trade, Economics, Marketing).

  • Over 5 years in financial services & Card business experience.

  • Having consumer and market knowledge and card marketing.

  • Market research skills and adapt to changes mindset.

  • Work independently and under high pressure.

  • Fluent English in both writing and speaking.

  • Organization, negotiation, problem solving skill.

  • Strong analytical and planning skills and expense management.

  • Initiatives, creative thinking, enthusiasm, team work.

  • Direct staffs with passion and energy.

  • Adept in the use of MS Office, Photoshop.
