JOB DESCRIPTION
-The role is to service the Emerging Affluent customer portfolio assigned to Relationship Officer and to provide customers with an easy and friendly customer experience. -The role is responsible for meeting assigned targets such as New to Bank (NTB)/ Upgrade Customers, Assets under Administration (AUA) for the Emerging Affluent segment.

[li]Meet assigned sales revenue target through the needs based introduction and proactive cross-selling of banking products[/li][li]Meet assigned customer acquisition targets through proactive solicitation of new customers and seeking referrals from existing customers[/li][li]Meeting assigned Assets Under Administration (AUA) target through new assets from existing as well as new customers[/li][li]Deliver an outstanding experience to our customers; meet and exceed customer expectations[/li][li]Engage customers and increase average number of products held by each client under portfolio in ensuring customer’s financial objectives are met[/li][li]Adhere to bank’s compliance policy and ensure all transactions carried out on behalf of clients are within the stipulated parameters of the bank’s policy process flow. [/li][/ul]
JOB REQUIREMENT

[li]Minimum of 1-year working experiences in sales, preferably in the financial service industry[/li][li]Fluent in written/spoken English or Korean is preferable[/li][li]Superior customer engagement skills[/li][li]Diligent in delivering superior customer service[/li][li]Highly results orientated with strong display discipline, perseverance and good attitude [/li][/ul]
