[li]Provide service and sales excellence in identifying needs of RBWM customers to meet or exceed performance objectives.[/li][li]Deliver excellence in sales performance and quality.[/li][li]Consistently meet or exceed set performance objectives. Instill self discipline on daily individual sales activities (ex: approaching customers, prospecting, cold calling, conducting presentations, etc…)[/li][li]Deliver service quality excellence.[/li][li]Ensure all applications are submitted for approval with high standard.[/li][li]Handle customers’ complaints (if any) properly and promptly.[/li][/ul]

[li]Knowledge of cashiering procedures and regulations[/li][li]Knowledge of core products, sales referral opportunities and Customer Relationship Management system[/li][li]Knowledge of appropriate branch operational procedures[/li][li]Awareness of compliance and regulatory issues as required[/li][li]Strong interpersonal and Customer service skills[/li][li]Good decision making skills and proven ability to deliver accuracy and efficiency[/li][li]Ability to coach and guide Teller in complex transactions & enquiries and in providing outstanding Customer service[/li][li]Professional manner[/li][li]Excellent in English & communication skill[/li][/ul]
