Job description:

  • To handle welfare & benefits for staff
  • To follow up/ control staff’s attendance
  • To prepare & control offer letters, labor contracts/ annex
  • To prepare all reports regarding labors and compulsory insurances to local authorities
  • To arrange annual healthcheck for local staff
  • To control claims regarding healthcare & accident insurances
  • To handle all procedures for new/ return expatriates including visa, work permit, residence card and belongings logistics
  • To handle all procedures for new/ resign staff
  • To control/ update HR database
  • To prepare monthly reports regarding personnel to Head Office
  • To control HR filling system
  • Other HR related issues assigned by Department Head

Requirements:

  • University Graduated
  • Good command in English
  • Having at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Good sense of team-work and responsibility
  • Result oriented and being careful person
