[li]Provide excellent customer service to foreign investors.[/li][li]Guide foreign investors on market entrance requirements.[/li][li]Review clients’ documents to apply for Securities Trading Code.[/li][li]Perform account screening, request account opening, maintenance including changing information/ custodian etc. Follow up with internal departments until opening/maintenance is completed.[/li][li]Prepare account confirmation per clients’ request, eg for public offerings, off-exchange transactions, etc…[/li][li]Prepare monthly report on account opening/ closing/ translation, weekly reports.[/li][li]Keep track of MT599/ documents and update Account Tracking sheet, Instruction sheets.[/li][li]Monitor dormant accounts/ POA expiry and advise Client Service Manager.[/li][/ul]

[li]For HSBC internal candidate only[/li][li]Ideally 6 months (15 Oct 2017 to 15 Apr 2018) but we can be flexible for 3 months (15 Oct 2017 – 15 Jan 2018) and (15 Jan 2018 – 15 Apr 2018)[/li][li]Good knowledge on core banking system[/li][li]Good verbal and written communication in English[/li][li]Motivated, positive and eager to learn[/li][/ul]
