JOB DESCRIPTION

[li]Have full responsibility for physical cash in/out of the Vault, cash floats, day-end balance between physical cash and records in Cash Register Books and in HUB system.[/li][li]Deliver cash to tellers, cashiers as per authorized cash limits to ensure the bank services are delivered with high quality.[/li][li]Assist in handling ATMs operations (replenish cash in ATMs, fix simple technical errors, etc… during working as well as non-working hours and ensure funds are always sufficient in ATMs). Report any mismatch to Chief Cashier Officer.[/li][li]Support cashier team to count cash or deal with customers.[/li][li]Complete tasks and fulfill responsibilities as outlined in CDD LoBP, AML Policy; Sanctions Policy and always stay vigilant to identify and report warning signs to detect, deter and protect customers and the bank from fraud and financial crimes.[/li][/ul]
JOB REQUIREMENT

[li]Bachelor degree[/li][li]Experience to deal with physical cash (VND, USD and other FCYs) and to recognize super counterfeits is the plus[/li][li]Be able to handle difficult customers[/li][li]Integrity & diligence[/li][li]Customer service skills[/li][/ul]
