Responsibility

[li]Attend to incoming calls in accordance with standard operating procedure.[/li][li]Provide information on products & services offered by FE Credit to enhance customer relationship.[/li][li]Assists the customer service agent with issues they find difficult by providing efficient answers to all questions that need to be attended to, for free flow of work.[/li][li]Support team leaders to facilitate successful completion of organization’s targets and performance goals[/li][li]Be subject master expert and contact point reference for CS Inbound Team when necessary.[/li][li]Be proactive & quickly evaluate real time situation that impacted service level in order to boost organizational performance.[/li][li]Assist & Guide CS Inbound agent in the execution of assigned tasks and ensuring that their services are of maximum satisfaction to customers.[/li][li]Assume Customer Service Inbound Team Leader responsibilities when necessary[/li][li]Undertake other tasks assigned by Customer Service Inbound Team Leader[/li][/ul]
Background
[ul]
[li]University/ College[/li][li]Degree in Business/Communication/Finance or related areas[/li][li]At least 2 years of experience in Call center position.[/li][/ul]
