JOB DESCRIPTION

[li]To maintain best customer satisfaction[/li][li]To perform services of cash deposit, cash withdrawal, fund transfer, collection and sale of traveler cheques, foreign exchange (cash), provision of confirmation for FCY cash carrying abroad, encashment of VISA/Master card, sale of USD bank drafts, sale/cash withdrawal of SHBVN cheques, delivery of cash within delegated authority, closing accounts.[/li][li]Co-operate with OPAC Dept. & Cash Dept. to process transaction smoothly[/li][li]To check cash balance; receive and transfer cash from/to Cash Dept.[/li][li]Check & reconcile transaction history to solve surplus & shortage of money.[/li][li]Print daily report for Manager approval.[/li][li]Perform other related duties as assigned.[/li][/ul]

JOB REQUIREMENT
[ul]
[li]Bachelor of Finance / Economic / Banking or relevant[/li][li]Good Command of English, Korean is an advantage[/li][li]Customer Service minded, ability to work under high pressure and good communication vs problem solving skills[/li][li]Highly self-motivated and committed[/li][/ul]
