JOB DESCRIPTION

[li]Provide services to customers by receiving cash deposits, credit card payment and loan payments; nternet banking, breceiving payment orders; term break, closing accounts and personal loan discharge[/li][li]Reconcile cash drawer by providing cash transactions, counting and packaging currencies[/li][li]Strictly follow bank procedures on receipt, hand-over of fulfillment document with sufficient and exact record[/li][li]Perform reporting task in timely[/li][li]Cross-sell bank products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotion; directing customers to branch sales[/li][/ul]
JOB REQUIREMENT
[ul]
[li]University graduates (major in Banking, Economics, Foreign Trade, Finance and Accounting);[/li][li]At least 2 years of working experience in teller job[/li][li]Sound knowledge of relevant Vietnamese Regulations[/li][li]Previous cash handling experience would be preferred[/li][li]Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good proficiency in English (Speaking & Writing)[/li][li]Customer service and well work in team with high responsibility[/li][/ul]
