JOB DESCRIPTION

[li]Maintain excellent customer relations and customer service[/li][li]Contribute to the improvement in profitability of the business through undertaking effective individual reviews and identifying opportunities for referral activity[/li][li]Maximize customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service, providing information about products and services that suit and fulfill customers’ needs[/li][li]Build and strengthen customer relationships with existing customers and establish new relationships with potential customers[/li][li]Meet service performance standards through responding to customer enquiries and resolving customer problems/ complaints efficiently[/li][li]Mentor new hire of band 8 in terms of sales & services[/li][/ul]
JOB REQUIREMENT
[ul]
[li]Bachelor’s degree[/li][li]Knowledge of country retail capability[/li][li]Experience of front line interactions and dealing with banking customers[/li][li]Experience of working in a sales environment, and knowing how to achieve performance objectives[/li][li]Excellent product knowledge[/li][li]Strong ability to build relationships and rapport with customers[/li][li]Strong communication skills[/li][li]Good command of English in both writing and speaking[/li][li]Influencing and selling skills[/li][li]Familiarity with financial markets, investment products where applicable[/li][li]Accuracy & commitment to getting it right first time.[/li][li]Ability to consistently deliver outstanding customer service.[/li][li]Ability to guide the junior colleagues (band 8) to the right direction of the bank[/li][/ul]
